01/10/10 - Congrats to LUKE on earning his International
Championship this weekend, sweeping the breed ring and
picking up multiple group wins and placements. This
gorgeous multi-Champion Rumor son will begin standing
stud in 2010!
Also shown this weekend at the International show, RUMOR
took four BEST IN SHOW VETERAN awards and really
enjoyed the extra cheers she got in the Veteran ring!
02/10/10 - We are thrilled to announce the arrival of 7 healthy Riot
babies in Grants Pass, Oregon. Congratulations to Heidi Iverson and
her beautiful girl Maile on their new arrivals. Check out the Puppies
page for more information and pictures!

02/28/10 - HUGE congratulations go to LUKE co-owners, Veronica and Aaron, on their beautiful blue boy as Luke became a third
generation MULTIPLE BEST IN SHOW winner today!! At the UKC show Luke took back-to-back Best of Breed wins, a Group 2,
and a Group 1 on his way to his second Best in Show win!! Way to go Lukie!!! This gorgeous multi-Champion Rumor son will begin
standing stud in 2010!
Keeping it in the family, Acadia, Elise's pick puppy from our Lassen x Sway litter, took Best Novice Puppy in Show (for puppies under
6 months of age). She look wonderful out there Elise!! This girl has a very bright future.
RAZOR also did a great job in the ring with two minor wins going Winners dog at both shows. Thank you Elise for helping me handle
Ray and also for the amazing pictures of both boys!!

03/15/10 - We were happy to have BECK, from our Lassen x Sway litter,
come down from Oregon with owner Jewel Fuls this past weekend to join
the gang at the PASA shows in Santa Nella. Beck, along with his sister
MIA, they made their ASCA debut in style with Beck taking Best of Breed
Puppy honors and Mia taking Best of Opposite Puppy over a nice line up of
puppies at the morning show. Mia also won her class at the afternoon
show as well. Thanks to my friend Susan for handling Mia in the afternoon.
RUMOR joined her grandbabies at the show and took Best of Breed in the
Altered ring both times she was shown.

04/05/10 - Great weekend at the Delta ASCA shows for the Marabil Gang. RUMOR pick up two more Best of Breed wins in the Altered ring
with majors in bitches and multiple specials entered and JD pick up his first Altered Major going Winners Dog, Best of Winners and Best
Opposite at the first show. This brings JD to 11points with one major...just two more majors to go! This also marked a new milestone for the
Rumor kids with now four of the six being either major pointed or finished champions!
We also were back in the ring with our favorite altered class girl, Xena, and picked up another Major Reserve. Xena is always a blast to
show and was first or second the whole weekend in a large open black class. Congrats to Xena's owner, Karen, on the win.

06/06/10 - So proud of RAY who competed in his first herding trial this weekend after just a few times out on sheep. Ray did a great job and
gathered a ton on compliments from spectators and judges alike as put in back to back qualifying runs to earn his AKC PT title. (Photos to
come)
May -
05/30/10 - Had a busy (at times too busy) weekend at the NorCal ASC shows this weekend. In the Altered ring RUMOR picked up two more
Best of Breed wins in the Altered ring, along with a Best Veteran and two Best Opposite Veterans wins. JD was twice Winners Dog and twice
Reserve Winners Dog in Altered and Xena was Winners Bitch / Best of Winners once and Reserve Winners Bitch once. In the intact ring,
LUKE showed on Sunday only and was Best of Opposite Sex. On Saturday, Luke was in the obedience ring and put in a great Novice class
performance only to fall victim to his old nemesis....clapping! Yep, during the long down, the conformation ring broke out into applause for
the Veteran classes and Luke, being the gorgeous boy he his, just new all the clapping was for him...so he jumped up to take a bow! LOL
Poor Veronica! Still, they did great and I couldn't be prouder! Also multi-tasking that weekend was JD who picked up two qualifying runs,
both in first place, at the AKC agility trial in Novice Regular! Way to go Livia and JD on your very first trial!! (Pictures to come)
