Niner - Blue Merle boy #1

Niner has found that he likes to be the center of
attention and that if someone else is hogging the
spotlight, the situation needs to be remedied...and fast.
This may mean giving kisses, grabbing a toy, or just
simply knocking his sibling out of the way.  Whatever it
takes to get the job done!
Raven - Black Tri girl

In person or in pictures, everyone says the same
thing when they see Raven....She's so darn cute!
In a litter full of boys, there is no doubt that
Raven is the girl, despite all of the silly faces she
was making during picture time.  She is ultra
feminine with a face that just makes you pick her
up and kiss her.  I should know, I find myself
doing it all of the time!

Steeler - Blue Merle boy #2

Don't let the serious expression fool you....he is
silly to the core!  Steeler spends so much time
running around these days that I didn't get a single
sleeping shot of him this week.  *LOL*   He loves
the other dogs and wiggles so fast when one of
them stops by to say hi, that you would swear he's
going to bust something.    Steeler has also figured
out that the best way to win a play fight is to act
like your losing.  He waits until his sibling stands
up to claim victory and then Steeler pounces on
him!
Titan - Black Tri boy

I'm not choking him, I promise!  Titan was so
fascinated with being on the table and having
Cory kneeling down to take pictures, that he
kept trying to go see Cory, but I don't think
he realized the drop involved. *LOL*  Titan's
face is finally starting to show his "tri side" as
his copper is coming in on both cheeks and
he has acquired his shepherd spots as well
this week.  Such a handsome boy and the
biggest kisser, just like his dad!
Big big week for the puppies!  Despite the ongoing rain, the puppies moved outside.  Not too
far, of course!  They are now on the large covered deck with a great big crate to cuddle up in
when it gets chilly.  With Mama Canny their watchful guard, the puppies are making the most
of their running room!   The run and play until BANG...the drop and go to sleep!

Pecking orders are definitely starting to form and it is so interesting to watch the results
unfold.  Under Canny's watchful eye, the puppies are busy pushing each others buttons and
when someone gets too rough, a quick nudge from Mom is all the warning needed for fair play
to resume.

The gang had a wonderful time with their real visitors.  The "Puppy Gang" from the last litter
came by to say hi to the new puppies and were greeted with a whole lot of wiggles.  It's so hard
to believe that two years ago, Veronica, Elise, and Cory, were coming by to visit their puppies...
Luke and Lassen.  Time sure flies!  After two years of being referred to as "the puppies", I
guess we'll have to call them "the teenagers" now! *LOL*

A group hug with Cory gives
Raven a chance to show off
her "baby blues".
It didn't take Niner long to figure out taking pictures from inside the
box left Elise "puppy-less", so he decided to make a break for it and
claim a little one-on-one attention!  Good sister that she is, Raven
distracted Cory with a kiss so that Niner can make a clean get away!
Be honest...Does this soccer
ball make my butt look big?
Remember when I said above that
Niner will use any method available
to distract you from paying attention
to another puppy?  In this case, that
included sitting on Titan's head when
we were trying to take a picture of
Titan!
I love this picture because
she looks like she's laughing!
Big thanks for Cory and
Elise for grabbing their
camera and getting some
priceless shots of the
puppies!
