RUMOR is so much more than just a pretty show dog! While she has achieved more than I could have
ever hoped for in the show ring, it's her day to day goofy personality that grabs my heart. Though she is a
little more picky about her "peeps" (as we call her friends) than Riot is, Rumor is one of the silliest, most
loving girls you could hope for. She is my "cuddle baby" and sleeps curled next to me all night.
Rumor is as smart as she is athletic. She is already tearing up the agility course with incredible speed and
talent! At the 2005 ASCA National Specialty in Georgia, she competed in four agility runs, ran clean for
four Q's, placed in the top 10 all runs including a 4th place out of 58 in Novice Jumpers and finished her
Novice Jumpers title! Rumor has also ventured into the herding arena and picked up her first two AKC
titles easily at consecutive trials.
Of course, Rumor's true love is the show ring and it has been since she first stepped into the ring at 9
weeks to beat 13 other puppies and take her first of nine Best of Breed Puppy awards by the time she was
5 months old. Rumor was BOBP at every ASCA club show or AKC match shown except one. She is truly
a born show dog! I guess having a multiple Best in Show, Best in Specialty Show winning father and a
multiple specialty Breed winning mother might have helped her in that arena!! *LOL*
